I'll bite and go with vanilla...
So, I combined the two flavors last night and I'm typically a "one flavor man". Very straight to it, if you will.
The taste was better than expected...mixing her Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with my Pralines and Cream. It was a little thicker than I'm used to do, but her taste was unmistakeable and, soon enough, I was lost in the taste and didn't even recognize the texture.
A later bite provided the ultimate...cream, chocolate chip and extra cookie dough in the same bite...lucky bastard...yes, so lucky. However, I was not prepared to take a nut in the next bite and honestly...I had to step away and get another look at what was going on.
I may try this road again, but most likely, I'll save the tastes as separate, giving full pleasure to the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough rather than trying to make it better than it already is...exquisite!
Classic...awesome. Thank you! And yeah...watch out for those nuts in your mouth. Especially if you're not expecting it.
So, you're saying the nuts are easier taken if you're expecting them? This is new ground for me.
Girl Scout Thin Mint ice cream
Chocolate Marshmallow
Inspired by a conversation I had with a friend. I think you can tell a lot about a person by what ice cream flavor they prefer. I'm guessing I won't get a lot of 'vanilla' answers. But I must say...
A good premium vanilla. With real rich cream and genuine flavorings. Not the store brand that uses fake everything and thinks it tastes authentic. Huge difference. Genuine vanilla prepared with care can be delicious.
OK go. What flavor are you?
I'm just saying that if you find yourself in a situation where you have nuts in your mouth and it's a SURPRISE...I can see how you might be taken aback for a moment.
