Pretty much. Four days of peaceful protest prior to yesterday didn't rate a mention on the news, but crimes against property yesterday caused Fox News to go to DEFCON-1.

I am cold and sharp-tongued on here. I could never win, either I was too fluffy if I was happy and effusive with my friends, or I was a bitch if I chose not to engage in the assholes who would try to talk to me. I used to fuck around a lot and I'm certainly not there in my life anymore. So now I keep most people at arm's length and judging by your example I am wise to do so. I don't need anyone's approval anymore so I stick with cold and prickly.

I'm a really good friend though and I love my little group of friends passionately. It just takes a while for anyone to get there.

You really should start more threads. Quite often your comments are thoughtful and hit the mark quite handily. But your expressions get buried in the noise of threads like these.

The press is aiding and abetting the violence erupting in Baltimore. Sound bites and 'insta-cam' shit sells/draws audience. And if the political leadership took forceful action to end the conflagration that is taking place they'd be held up as racist or Uncle Tom's/Aunt Jemimah's.

I have it too, got it gratis from my book editor. Wanted to see what the fuss was about. It works for the recipes.

They knew what they were doing marketing it that way. That word is too loaded in the here and now for me to accept its frivolous use, even as wallpaper.

If you wanna add another cookbook to your library that's on a similar level in terms of recipes, I recommend this one, just like the series, even more fun to read and use:
