I got called sexist.

Whatever the content, it seems to me that this is just another thread about smoothg's uncertainty about his own masculinity - he's over-compensating.:)

Brah if that's what you get from what I'm saying, then you make Miss Celo look like a saint. I don't have any uncertainty about my masculine. I'm a man, and I act accordingly.

I don't know how I manage it, but I seem to attract men who can cook and clean, and who in fact like to cook and clean, esp. doing dishes.

This is great since I HATE doing dishes. I don't mind cooking and I am ambivalent about cleaning.

Expecting women to do these things just because they are women is sexist.

Better tell your wannabe touby he's slippin'...

Do you know what slippin mean? But Eyer, real talk, it sounds to me like you envy the fact that me and toubab are cool. Why? Are you pissed off that you have no friends? Or are you pissed that the security was patrolling the parking lot, and you couldn't do your thing?

You already know that I really consider, honor and respect your opinion Noor. You can convince me that anything you say is right, because how much I respect you and appreciate you. But I have to disagree with you this time, I have to take this stand for all men. Women should like to and they should want to cook and clean.

I am going yo answer this and disregard any bullshit because I feel you posed a valid question. From this statement, do I think your are sexist? No. Personally, and yes this is just one person's opinion, mine, I prefer to clean the house and cook meals because I enjoy keeping my surrounds neat, tidy and organized and I am a very good cook. I don't feel that I have ever had a S/o who would have done a better job than I did. I also have always had one if not two jobs. There are enough hours in the day to do all of these things, and do them well. Call me old fashioned but that's how I feel.

An even better AV. And you sound like a keeper.

I've done damn little cooking and even less cleaning over the course of my life. Women seem to like doing those things more than I do, which is an understatement, and I've been happy to allow them the pleasure. :)

Look at your boy touby work it, smoot:

An even better AV. And you sound like a keeper.

You're welcome. And I've got to ask, do you look anything like your AV?

Whadda ya think, brah...

...she look anything like her "AV"?

Bhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

So I think this is utter bullshit.

I happen to like both cooking and cleaning. I was a stay at home mom for years and adored everything about it.

But I certainly don't think or expect all women to be that way. It's not for everyone. There isn't anything wrong with you having a preference towards women who like domestic activities, but to say that all women should want to and enjoy cooking and cleaning, and that ALL men want a woman like that is a bit ridiculous.

ok, so she cooks and cleans. what exactly are you bringing to the table? because, if you want her to be traditional, so should you. respectable job, steady income, fidelity, and not taking drugs.

you expect lots and offer little.

I do cook and clean. for myself and my kids.

it's a tedious necessity as far as i'm concerned, because why the fuck would I prefer doing that to painting or studying or walking or talking to my friends or relaxing or messing about with the kids?
