Kerry Goes After Bibi In Congressional Testimony

Don't be naive, even the Mossad has naive people, This from Reuters:

"The IAEA report said Iran's stock of uranium gas refined to a fissile concentration of up to 5 percent stood at 8,390 kg, a rise of 625 kg since its previous report in September.

Iran says it produces enriched uranium to make fuel for nuclear power plants. But if processed to a high degree, 90 percent, the material could also provide the fissile core of a nuclear weapon, which the West fears may be its ultimate aim."

We cannot afford to give Iran the benefit of the doubt.

Then we had better negotiate an agreement with them right quick. As noted in post #19, it's the only way to be sure.

If, could, may....

5% enrichment is consistent with atomic light water power generation uses (which is what Iran has maintained for a decade is it's goal) and a long fucking way from the 90% enrichment that the article could be used to create a nuclear warhead.

In this case, it means so long as on-site inspections authorized by such a treaty continue to be done.

Personally, I dont think Kerry or the Obama administration is capable of negotiating anything....certainly not something that is in the best interest of the USA.

Either way, this is out of our control, its going to happen so I wont worry about it..

Fer fucks sake, Netanyahu has an election in about two weeks time. That's why he's beating the Iran drum. Bibi interfered in an American election and campaigned for Romney in 2012 so if Obama kicks his ass he deserves it.

Tho' the chances of Obama doing that are not good.

Truth.

Obama would trade the cow for the magic beans then give them to ISIS as an apology for all those American necks that keep getting in the way of their knives.

The only way "to be sure" of what, counselor? Any agreement is only as good as the meeting of the minds that went into it. If one party has a history of breech, getting them on paper to repair the breech is meaningless.

It should be interesting Tuesday after the speech....

200 high ranking Israeli security people say that Bibi's trip to Washington is a bad idea. It seems Bibi wants to win an election, he doesn't actually give a fuck about the security of his country.

Right....

This article breaks no new ground. He's going to speak on Tuesday, thats fact.

didnt you say The Guardian was a rag newspaper??

No. I said Vettebigot's favourite racist rag the Daily Mail is.

So, all those Israeli security professionals are wrong, are they? Or maybe they're all anti-semites?
