At least 11 Dead in Paris

I read the earlier news, then went back to sleep ;)

Yes, I saw that. Why on earth did this office not have safe rooms, weapons and armed guards? or did they?

My goodness, what a disturbing post:mad:

stfu

You just started a political talking points thread jackass.

Perhaps, but then it takes you to lever your hatered of Obama, abortion etc into it.

Ironically, numb nutz, I agree with your last 2 comments and wonder how you manage to lever them in with your first.

Woof!

Does it have to be? Is killing Jews ok in france as long as it doesn't lead to other attacks?

Historically, unfortunately one might think so but I meant the Charlie Hebdo killings.

It is not uncommon for Al Qaida to use one large event well publicized event as a signal for other events, that way they don't have any traceable communication.

Hey, stupid. I do not hate Obama. I oppose his Dreams.

Big fucking difference, but a huge talking point for the lwcj...

What gets me is that one of the suspects:

"Cherif was reportedly part of an Iraqi jihadi network dismantled in the nearby 19th arrondissement of Paris. He was sentenced to three years in prison with 18 months suspended in relation to terror charges in May 2008.
The two brothers are Franco-Algerians who came back from Syria this summer."

A suspended sentence?

Collateral damage, he got in the way?

He was a cop.....an unarmed cop....a progz dream....and unarmed fucking cop.....he was executed.....other cops ran away.....unarmed fu king cops.....assimine

It is no longer fashionable with French sensibilities to actually jail people. The conviction is shame enough to punish wrong-doers...

:(

My goodness, what a disturbing post:mad:

Disturbing that I went back to sleep? I am not well, and it was more like I dropped off, I certainly didn't intend to.

Disturbing because a peace loving person such as myself believes in safe rooms, armed guards and weapons in response to a previous attack?

I wouldn't stop publishing but I would have been prepared.

For myself, I would have not be in a findable office, work from online, skype and such but not everyone reacts to threats as I do.

I see the usual suspects from Lit's RWNJ brigade have been hard at work.

Has anyone seen a single post from them expressing condolences for the people who died in a senseless attack? Admittedly I have a few on ignore, not that I think DizzyBooby would express anything but his usual spittle flecked hatred.

One person? Bueller? Bueller?

Disturbing in that you talk of safe rooms, protection etc....instead of realizing the problem is Muslims and Islam

You fucking pig, stfu with your insanity

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that's a resounding NO from DizzyBooby.

unfortunately, they get quoted. as for condolences, of course not. did you expect anthing better of them?

Not sure what "sta" you mean, but you always say that when you disagree with me.

People are multi faceted, and have various reasons for their opinions. I am very jaded about much of this. I also see how many people die in my home town of Chicago some weekends.

My solution to the problem would not be popular.

I am a south side of Chicago girl, of course I talk about safe rooms and protection, sheesh...

I think the people at Charlie Hebdo were doing what they could to fight the Islamic fundamentalists. Unfortunately, they were killed for it.

Safe rooms and protection can help people live to fight another day.

I'm well aware and for the record I didn't expect it for a moment. I think the only person that posted in the thread from my ignore list was DizzyBooby. He can always be counted on to spew vile invective. I'm pretty sure it's the only emotion he's able to feel.

I did see a whole lot of Islam bashing (as if all 1.6 billion of them were responsible). A whole lot of joking, but not a single expression of empathy for those who were killed in the attack, their families and loved ones. Nope, just a good excuse to get their hate all nice and toasty.

I agree, cops, esp. in Paris, should be armed.
