Only if you mix them. On their own they're fine. Dilaudid is for pain and Ativan is basically a muscle relaxant. *eyes cabinet*

lots of your over the counter meds are prescription only, and here docs only write prescriptions for things they think you need. none of those ''ask your doc for xxxx'' ads on tv. some of your prescription meds aren't even legal here. we have all these safety regulations, but very few deaths & addictions from prescribed meds.

Wrapping my hair every night has produced the best curls. Ugh, why haven't I been doing this since The Ginger moved in? When I slept alone I wouldn't move so my hair wouldn't get as crazy. Now that I'm sharing my bed, I sleep differently.
All I really know is the frizz is finally gone and the spirals are coming back slowly.
Also, I've been SO hungry lately. I don't need another layer this winter, thank you very much.
