I don't think so. There are always unhappy customers, but usually they dial it back after you practically kill them with kindness. This guy was having none of that try and be nice stuff. He was over six feet tall. I am a hair over five feet. He was yelling, glaring, up in my space, and just being a total dick. I told him to please stop speaking to me in that way, but he just got worse and I thought he was maybe going to push or smack me, he was so pissed. I just beat it round the counter at that point.
