We had neighbors like that in our previous apartment. Except that it was roaches and actual flies that would pour out of their apartment. Turns out they had several rotting pets and I think their grandma too.

I've arrived at a new client just in time to witness an argument with paramedics, who told them in no uncertain terms that they would no longer collect from that address and place themselves at risk. if it's too dangerous for them, why is it o for us?
