I like to do a variety of cardio circuit (I refuse to consider it Crossfit).

One of my favorites...run a mile, 5 sets of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 air squats, run a mile.

I run a mile or two, then usually circuit type stuff after. I wonder if before or after makes a difference? I need to do something tonight. I need the endorphins. I have a work dinner though.

Running a mile or two to start off with is good. It's a good warm up for your body. :)
 
Good morning, Michigan!

Everybody ready for Halloween? Anyone planning any naughty parties? Wearing naughty costumes? For those of us who may be pagan, have any special plans for Samain?

Supposed to be cool the rest of the week. Rain called for on Friday, but otherwise not too bad... Hope it's dry enough to finish my outside painting before the snow starts.
 
Well most of the time I seem to find myself in the yard working. I enjoy that, working with flowers and plants and do not even mind sweeping leaves. love to be outside. unless I am inside and in bed :) that is a lot more fun. wink
 
oh yes gotta have someone else in the bed. makes the fun. but then who says it has to be a bed, couch, floor, table, wall, garage, car all work fine and the list goes on
