Looking for: betrayed repeatedly by girlfriends for enemy

A while ago I remember a tale where the hero of the story has an enemy who swipes his girlfriend. Hero gets a new girlfriend who is going to help him get some vengeance on his ex and his enemy, but she betrays him too. There might have been an addition betrayal as well.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Too vague, I wouldn't even know where to start looking. What kind of hero? Or did you mean 'the protagonist'?

I'm guessing the new gf betrayed him by fucking or leaving him for the enemy same as his first gf?
