If all of the above were to be true then you might rightfully call AJ a racist. The problem is, 'c' doesn't follow 'a' and 'b', see? 'c' is a fallacious conclusion not supported by the statements 'a' and 'b'.

A similar construct is;

a.) AJ says all chimpanzee's hunt and eat meat.

b.) All chimpanzee's are apes.

Therefore:

c.) AJ called all apes hunters and meat eaters.

So while we know that 'a' and 'b' are individually true, we also know that 'c' is false and cannot be supported by the statements 'a' and b', see?

So any attempt to connect the dots on the part of those that see the first example as perfectly logical is supported only by your communal inference that you can read minds and I don't think you have that ability.

While AJ expresses himself awkwardly at times (don't we all) he is one of the last posters here that I would accuse of using 'code' words within his posts. There are a whole other group of posters here where that particular trait is part and parcel of their persona and he isn't in that group.

it's the clique, it's racism, it's political affiliation bias, it's personal vendetta, it's trolling, it's nothing he wouldn't say, it's...

far too difficult to concede that, whatever the precise wording, what was said was shitty. that crowing of the death and distress of hundreds was shitty. that reducing an entire city to ''those people'', instead of bearing in mind that each of them was an individual with a life, a story, hopes and dreams, was shitty.

This whole guilt by association issue was done to death years ago. I think there were more threads in 2003-2005 on the subject of "why are you friends with a racist" than there were about boobage. In the end, most people got so sick of it that they just gave up the battle. They will again. Except Query. I think he's found his calling.

He got to get his rocks off being hateful in on thread then ease over to a 'safe' one like the blurt thread or one of the other friendly back and forth threads and maintain friendships while acting like he has some sort of justification for what he is doing.

My only interest is ensuring that if he chooses to shit on the floor, he is going to track it with him everywhere he goes.

The problem with a Mutually Assured Destruction strategy is that it results in mutually assured destruction. You may raise Rob's negatives, but you raise your own just as much or more. I can't see how it's worth it to you.

He didn't "quit." He just dialed it down a few digits back to his pre-2009 proto-flameout days. Every once in a while, though, the seams start showing and a little bit breaks through.

He's "quit" more than once. Don't ever sleep on that shitstain until he's dirt napping for real.
