Considering we are dealing with Lady F I thought it was pretty clear.
Well she didn't post it, I did, and I thought it was a "Hell yes, cake is good" joke.

A few weeks ago I was walking around Target, which I do a lot clearly, and this guy comes popping out of one of the aisles. First he walked past me and stopped and turned around to yell, not tell but yell, at me that I "Look DAMN fine today" and I know my face got a little scrunched up but I nodded at him and said thanks and kept walking.
Turns out he hadn't left the store, he waited for me to check out and followed me back to my office building telling me at first that I was really looking good and then it proceeded to get uglier as I ignored him. He started telling me how nice my ass was and then proceeded to get ugly about it and calling me names. It ended with me entering my office building which has a ton of security and him shouting about what a fucking stuck-up fat bitch I was.
The first comment I was polite and said thanks. Would the nasty names have started sooner, in the store if I hadn't even acknowledged him? How far would he have taken his anger if I had more than a block to walk? What if he did the same thing to some young woman who doesn't know this city well? Who doesn't know how to defend herself?
The comments on my body, both good and bad happen on an almost regular basis and I mean it when I say I'm big (I'm also quite tall), I'm not a skinny little model chick. If I'm getting these comments then how do the other women fare? I can't help but think not well. These comments aren't welcome either good or bad. Period.
Cake is good.

Isn't this just bad game? This sort of thing happens to me all the time but I don't consider it harassment. It is just a loser who wants to hit on you who fails at it.

Why on earth would you consider that a game? Or an okay thing? It's not.
Don't you think that following her and calling her names kicks it up a few levels?
Not "a" game. Game. Meaning, a man hitting on you because he is attracted to you. Your story reads like a poor example of flirting, not harassment. Was the guy a low status male? Ugly, poor looking or a minority?
I don't know whether I believe that part. Her story is specific at Target but then gets vague. He followed her into a highly secure office building and shouted out slurs? And the security did nothing? This does not pass the smell test.
He was not ugly at all. He was black but that's definitely not an issue for me. His game is scary. He's not the only one. Guys all over this city have decided that it's alright to catcall and then follow. The rape and other violent crime statistics are rising and we now have an excessive amount of Minneapolis cops patrolling a street that only gets bus traffic. It's an actual problem and not because some guy has bad game.
I guess I got lucky in guessing he was a minority. The "confront the harasser" vids are always featuring black guys. Good thing race isn't an issue for you.
He followed me to my building, a block down. I have a badge (to gain access to the building, not a cop) he didn't and I doubt he would have followed me in even if he could have. There are large rotating doors to the building so once you're in the traffic noise is blocked. I could have called for help if I needed to but I knew I was fine unless he decided to shoot me for ignoring him.
You'll have to just forgive me for not posting every slur he had about me to people who don't actual give a shit about me.

So then this part isn't true?
If you could not hear him once you entered the building, how do you know he was shouting that you are a fat bitch?
It's Minneapolis, I'm a minority here.
Not relevant. Even women of color are more comfortable with white men hitting on them on the streets as opposed to black. I knew what was up, mine was not a lucky guess.

That is the last thing I heard as I entered the building, yes.
So you got lucky with your guess and then your guess was not a lucky one?
So why were you concerned that he might shoot you? Did he pull a gun on you or at least flash one? Or did he just look like the sort of fellow who might be carrying a weapon? (Please note, I am not making light of the fact you might have men willing to kill you over your spurning their advances.)
The shooting part was to illustrate that while the experience was a bit scary and certainly unnerving, I was capable of defending myself unless it was against a gun.
Interesting how you clung to that particular comment though.
