Uh no. Wilson went to the ER and was treated for something after the killing. That's fer sure, dude. The prosecutor controls the evidence, and if he frowned after the store vid got out, he's prolly got the ER pix hidden in his Depends.

Irrelevant. There are a lot of reasons to go to the ER short of a fracture.
Confirmation doesn't require photos, it could be the examining physician confirming, or the St Louis PD confirming to others, there are a lot of possibilities for confirming without releasing "evidence."

And to, once again, just to remind you, the story was written, it has been oft-repeated, it is considered gospel truth in some circles that the cops single out black men for harassment and even execution. If the first video release did not temper their anger and moderate the circumstances, then nothing ever will. All the release did was change the story slightly to so what if he did something wrong? It was a minor little infraction and clearly showed that the officer over-reacted because he was a white racist violating the civil rights of an innocent, gentle UTE who wouldn't hard a fly...

These people are outraged and wound up because that is what they have been trained to do and the press went in to push all of their hot buttons, featured the right witnesses and put outrage to the fore, because the police force was white. Now, we're supposed to release all the information on an ongoing investigation because a certain race thinks they have he right to operate outside the bounds of law any time they get outraged?

I can't argue. You make an excellent and accurate point. Nevertheless, I agree with the other poster that due to the circumstances, if the information was already released it may have calmed things down. And under a normal time in history, with a normal law abiding administration, it may have worked.

Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

Actually it comes from a hack at Gateway Pundit who claims it was "confirmed".

It's been established Brown wasn't killed from behind while he was fleeing, possibly a justified shoot.
There's been no evidence, beyond a tweet, that Brown was a threat to the officer, which would be the only legal justification for shooting him.

This whole thing would calm down a lot if people would quit using the same brush to paint everyone in the group of someone they disagree with.

About the only thing you can say about "all cops" is that they are all cops.

If you talk to a lot of either group, you will find considerable disagreement within the ranks.

But both sides tend to pull together against outsiders.

And this polarization is what is being actively sought by the agitators.
