Help finding an old story

There's a story from way back that I remember I really liked, but can't for the life remember the name... But I'm pretty sure it was on this site.

Anyways it was about a teen boy who made like a billion dollars selling an internet company to yahoo, and moves from California to the east coast. There he meets and falls in love with his neighbor, a 13 year old girl and the story discribes their relashionship. I remember he has a black belt in martial arts, eventually invests in a lot of stocks. One scene involves a boat crash. Another a teen sex party he essentially has at his mansion that he built. Later on he goes before a judge asking him to let him marry this young girl and that's granted and yeah... If anyone knows the story that'd be great

All human characters DEPICTED AS HAVING SEX must be 18+. Witnessing explicit sex is included in that ban. But I could see the story (which I'm not familiar with) passing, if the 18-boy and 13-girl's relationship was platonic, unrequited; all sex only happens to 18+'ers.

Despite 18 and 19 being teens, the word "teenager" itself evokes underage. A teen sex party in a teenager's mansion evokes underage. I doubt the story is on Literotica.
