FAWC 5: Line, Please!

Yeah, something like that. ;)

We've got ten stories now, with the promise of a few more. This is going to be a nice turnout, more than I originally anticipated.

You'll get mine, eventually!

That's more than I expected! Excellent! :)

Well I guess the bonus of having fallen off my horse yesterday is that I spent most of today sitting around and thus writing. About 4k in now, in a category that I've never written in so who knows how it'll turn out. Should be interesting in the least heh.

I'm not sure if you mean "falling off my horse" in a literal or figurative sense, but either way, if it contributes to more writing, all the better. ;)

The horse in the avatar led me to believe it was literal. Horses scare the bejesus out of me.

Holy Shit! A full week to go. Waiting for Christmas is easier than this cluster-fuck.

I'm less and less confident I can get either of my two ideas finished... sigh...

Oh, stop it. :p You'll get it done. Something magical will happen at the last minute and you'll suddenly have the time. Isn't that how it always works?

Not always, but one can hope. Just a lot going on at the end of the school year and it's hard to find time and/or focus.

Don't feel bad. Tracey Austin has skipped a lucrative commentator gig at the French Open tennis tournament because she has kids finishing school this week--and she herself didn't play in the French Open for a couple of years when she was a playing even when she was winning other opens because she was still in school and didn't want to skip it.

I can relate. This is Little One's last week of school (I thought it was last Friday, but I was mistaken) and I have a mid-term to do this week. Good thing I already wrote mine because I wouldn't have the time this week.
