A new home for _me_!

The mess? Of course! :p

Where at? ;)

I can join you in the back pain today although I'm sure they're not quite the same. I pulled my lower back trying to lift something heavy. I was specifically trying to avoid lifting with my back and lift with my legs instead. Oh well. It's been a couple of hours so it feels a little better but still hurts. As long as I'm straight and don't bend any I'm fine lolol. I'm officially old. And out of shape. :(

Okay, but I prefer it in you. Even with a condom on I get crazy sensitive.

Most likely. :( We have aspirin and all that. I guess in the mean time there isn't much I can do, huh? Except wait it out.

Don't take aspirin!! You need an anti inflammatory.

Thank you!! Glad you enjoyed it. ;)

have you try a cold pack on your back , it will help numb the muscle and relaxes it.

Hi Gorgeous,

I forgot to mention just how much I enjoyed your video,
there is only one thing that would please me more
and you know exactly what it is.

I am a perv, what did you expect.

Hello! Glad you enjoyed it.

Do I?? I'm not sure I do.

Any tips to help a sore back?

Ice, heat, stretching. Some of these can be helpful. It just takes figuring out what works for your back.

I really love the TermiPaq from Carex, but I don't know where you might find one on your side of the pond. It's a clay compound that really holds heat and cold for a long time and doesn't have condensation problems I've come across with gel or water cold packs. Whatever you happen to have, ice for about 15-20 minutes then heat for 15-20 minutes and repeat. Do some stretches and see how it feels. You'll might have to do that two or three times a day for a little bit to get things to loosen up. I get some fairly heavy pain medications to help as well, but getting as active as you can helps a lot.

Hope you feel better soon

It is nerve pain rather than muscle, do you think the not/cold would work for that?

I've kept moving and I'm taking Ibuprofen, which is working - taking the edge off the pain. :)

That works. I just prefer pussy. :p

Eh, I just took whatever my dad told me to take. It's feeling tons better today. I just can't try to lift anything heavy or bend or move around in weird ways that strain my back. The initial pain is almost gone and only happens when the muscles get tension on them in some way. I'll live. *shrug* This is a sign to me I need to go back to the gym. If I had been still working out, this likely wouldn't have happened.
