Morning all...quiet in the coffee shop! Amebersean..... We have injuries since I've last been in ?!?!
Well this IS a good place to recuperate!
MF...that cup is deliciously naughty!!! Crash....we should look into marketing those cups.

Good morning Ruby! Yes...badly sprained ankle from playing Naked Twister with GlitterKitty again! A happily earned injury I might add!! ;)

Cervical Radiculopathy recovery

Joining AmberSean in the recovery area with my morning mug of coffee.

Doctor says I have "cervical radiculopathy" which is a fancy phrase for a pinched nerve. But damn, my shoulder and arm hurt like hell.
