pain is keeping me awake.

Ugh, that drives me nuts!
Sometimes I forget that there are things I can do when I am in pain, like showers, muscle relaxants, ice, moist heat, Nsaids, laughter, and/or topical anti inflammatories like ibuprofen.
Maybe there is something you can do, if you are looking for ideas, maybe check the chronic pain thread for possible solutions?
Listening to music sometimes helps too.

I can't take anything else on top of my pain meds, but it's usually only like this for a day or two. :rose:

Ice or moist heat? Around here one can simply through oneself in a snow drift ;)

I'm so sore from the last hammering. I mean, all that shoveling! ;)

But yes, I'm ready.

And I'm sated.

This sucks, Noor. I hope you're not going anywhere this morning. It was another terrifying walk from the train.

It's very difficult for me to call you and tell you what needs to be done next WHEN YOU DON'T TAKE THE FUCKING CELL PHONE WE PROVIDE YOU!!

(Sorry. We watched Lewis Black this weekend)

My Facebook is full of this whole coca cola debate about using cola for cleaning the toilet and just about anything but drinking.

I agree it is not healthy, yet I don't think I'll clean my clothes with it or add it to my pool (haha MY pool.)

So here in Berkeley East, the county provides us with these giant blue recycling containers. They are very nice with a sturdy hinged lid.

This morning I was heading out to put some paper shreddings into the can and there was a giant hawk sitting on the lid eating another bird. What a mess. Blood, feathers and guts all over the can.

So ... you're saying we should train the hawks to put the scraps inside the recycling containers?

Don't suppose you salvaged the bones to make a bird stock.

Bird broth! Has a certain ring to it, yes!!?

I scraped the remnants off with a piece of cardboard so the 'coons can have it for dinner. The blood will just have to wait until it rains again.

half term break means I don't get to have my celebratory wank when I get home rom work. sucks.
