I'm okay. I'm ready for hubby to be home. He's been on the road about four hours and they'll drive straight through, but he won't be home until late tomorrow afternoon though.
At least he has companions to share with the driving. Won't have to nap at a rest area or drive til he hallucinates

I'm not sure he'll do any of the driving. He'll probably snore the whole way which will hopefully keep his brothers awake to drive.

. I like to think I'm pretty funny.I've driven to Chicago, Niagara Falls, up through the UP, and down to Florida and the Keys. All my vacations have been road trips, I've never flown.

I don't like the idea of flying. Ground is pretty detrimental to your health when it's 30,000 feet below you.

I would like to fly some day. I'm anxious about flying, but excited too. Only thing I'm scared of is airports. Too many people, too many rules, and I don't know how it all works.
I have relatives who fly more often than me. They don't necessarily enjoy it, but they don't dread it either. I guess as long as you get to the airport bright and early you're OK.Don't take my stuff!

Road trips are the way to go if you plan and enjoy seeing sight, but is you need to go over a lot of water flying is the way to go... I gave away over 2 million air miles when I got sick and could not travel or fly with out a doctor and nurse. For over 20 years I did road trip of 3000 to 5000 miles trips. I loved to drive, think that is the one thing I miss the most besides human skin to skin contact,

Yes, for over 27yrs work had me flying around the world.
Sadly now no can fly or drive anywhere... one reason I love friends pictures from things around their world.
