I've heard it before, and it's cute and it has its upsides, but ultimately I prefer a human Coulson. LMD's, meanwhile, don't have super powers that I know of, so that's close enough for me.

I doubt Extremis, because that means they've found a way to control it.

Chitauri, maybe, most of that stuff went inert after Tony redirected the nuke to their mothership, but it's been shown that some of that stuff still works.
