What does your voice sound like?

BG is the most British sounding Aussie I've ever heard in my entire life.

Yeah, you really only catch the Aussieness in individual words here and there. Clearly she's posh and has been misleading us all along.

I, on the other hand, have not misled a soul: I sound like a Midwestern dork. Think David Letterman, but even more Poindexter-y.

one day i shall have a fixed computer, or a new one, that allows me to hear all these. though i still remember some from before.

I think Laurel should ban BG from ever typing her posts again. She and a few others should only be allowed to post to threads with living voice.

I should have called more people stupid fucking cunts I know. My fiance laughs every time call someone a retarded fuckjob because he says it sounds really incongruous coming out of my mouth.

I do have a really atypical Aus accent, though. You hear it out of WA or SA sometimes, where they're not that far removed from their English roots. But I don't know where I got mine as I didn't descend from the English and I didn't grow up around many English people. I tend to just be very precise with my enunciation of words and I think that's just what it ends up sounding like.

On the other hand when I get very agitated and talk really fast I start sounding SUPER american.

I don't think I've ever read this much bull in my life.

First of all, you thought that Manly = Northern beaches. WTF. You said you were a Melbourninan when it's actually spelled Melburnian. You went as far as posting links on how to spell it your way even though 99% of the Australian population DO NOT spell it that way, and now you even speak like a pom.

You're not Australian.

Bitch, you're a liar and a fake and I spotted that shit MONTHS ago.

Yikes! What'd be the point of faking an accent?
