Tactician: Having an analytic mind has made Bruce Wayne an idea strategist. Combined with his resources (see below) he knows where, when, and how to strike at anything if given enough time (and the right tools) to prepare.
Science Whiz: One of the reasons his mind became so analytic was devoting himself to a number of sciences including forensics, biology, physics, chemistry, human anatomy, and many more. Everything went toward figuring out what caused a crime and how to track the cause.
Infiltration Specialist: Lying, acting, looking and being intimidating, suave, if there was a social skill needed to slip into any situation Bruce learned it so he could do so. Everyone knows who Bruce Wayne is so the need to create multiple personas was there.
Equipment
Batman's uniform is consisting of several different plantings along with a kevlar mesh undersuit. The planting was separated to provide improved mobility. However the undersuit, despite the weight, would still stop some things from completing decimating him (such as a knife of spread from a shotgun). These will still hurt him, but it is a little difficult to harm him.
Utility Belt: A belt that holds a number of homemade tools such as smoke bombs, batarangs (That work more like throwing stars), the grappling hook, tracers and assortment of other goodies.
The Cowl: An electro shock device is within the mask if someone tried to remove it incorrectly. Also inside was a listening device that also patched into a private radio feed.
Grappling Gun: Gas powered grappling gun with cable that has four times the tinsel strength of steel, ways half as much and was an unreleased prototype. Nothing like it was on the market.
Batmobile: Not a tank, but a car that has no other like it. Armor plating through out the vehicle, state of the art suspension and turning capability, thrusters, cables, and a slew of other goodies, Batman's barely street legal car was meant to keep anyone chasing him very far away.
Weaknesses
Human Limits: Batman was meant to have no limits, but the physical strain can and will show itself on Bruce Wayne.
