The former...typically. (in this case) Unless it is the latter, as in the hike in the bush, or some other memory based image.

A fun aspect of this is; I can insert any pics that I find into it.
I did something like this with another series (which I'd like to revisit)...I drew an exterior view of a window and then made copies and drew new "tenants"...for "A room with a view"

I'll dig them up. It is on my "list" to revisit the "room with a view"...with a story in mind (even if I don't write it out) and a better master window rendering.

Their looks? I suppose like all the rest of the content...out of my twisted mind: memories, images, fantasies, bits of people I know or would like to know... how I imagine they might react.
In some of those (maybe all?) the "tenant" has some notion of being watched/seen.
I'm a voyeur for sure, I like to watch. and a bit of an exhibitionist..I like to be seen, BUT only by someone I am sure wants to see.

well... I have one published BOOK...but not this sort of content.
This stuff is just for giggles, as a release... so to speak.
No dead-lines, no outside art direction.Other work has been "published" but not in book form.
I have a scheme to "publish" a compilation of these, along with some verbiage. I have it semi laid out. I'd do that as an "on demand" (lulu) book and print a handful.
So..... I guess that makes this a hobby.
