You're missing the point, which is, if you're smart enough you can plot to kill someone, put the plan in motion and successfully claim self defense after killing that person under Fla law.

Definitely this whole thing was astroturfed by the media and the Obama administration. It was a clear cut case of self-defense but the media and the administration wanted an election year issue to motivate blacks to turn out at the polls and vote for Democrats. In reality, most blacks didn't even care that much about the whole thing.

You're wrong, Obama should have kept his mouth shut about things of which he knew nothing about. Just like the Cambridge affair and a few others. He can't keep his mouth shut, he has no sense of class whatsoever.

Point taken. Even my old high school uses fieldturf now on the football field. They also put in an allweather synthetic track. Personally, I find that ridiculous. There's no reason high school kids can't use grass and dirt. (No marijuana jokes please.)
