I’m returning after an absence to find myself largely out of threads again. I’m a male seeking a woman and I generally enjoy stories with sci-fi or fantasy settings, but as long as the story is good I’m flexible. In the past I have mainly written from a dominant perspective, but I do have submissive streak. Power games of that nature do not have to be a part of our thread if desired. I post two to three paragraphs and sometimes more and would expect the same out of whoever I write with. Here are a couple ideas that I was able to put down on the page, but any ideas are welcome.

Digital Passion
I know I’m pulling on old material, but I was thinking about a thread based on the Matrix. I get that the sequals got a little away from things, but the setting has always intrigued me. How real could a relationship between a program and a human be? Or could a person released from the Matrix fall in love with someone still plugged in? I think it would be set in an altered aftermath of the third movie. The matrix has been recreated and an uneasy truce exists between the Machines and Zion.

Dark Mark
This one could be either fantasy or modern with a twist of the former. The basic story surrounds a young man that has gone down the wrong path in life. He spent his life on the streets and does what he must to get by. By chance he and his friends discover a strange cave beneath the city which has carvings etched into the walls. Perhaps on a whim the young man decides to get a tattoo of a symbol he found down there. That’s when things go wrong. The cave was once long ago a shrine to a mad god to which my character now finds himself connected. He struggles with a creeping madness and powers beyond his understanding. Will someone be his salvation or will he simply drag them down into the darkness with him?

Shadows Within
This would be about a strong female practitioner of magic. Call her a witch or sorceress or whatever you like. The story would focus upon a recent victory of hers. She banished a sinister evil presence that had been haunting an ancient temple so it could be used again. However, the evil was stronger than she realized and was not so easily dispensed. The demon begins entering her dreams and trying to entice her into summoning him back into the world.

Shadowrun
I don’t have a story here yet, but I would really love to do a story in the Shadowrun setting or just cyberpunk in general.

The two will clash at first before building a friendship than a romantic relationship.

Set in Medieval or Regency era England, a young lady is engaged to a lord. She is completely innocent and naive in the ways of men and has no idea what to expect of her wedding night. Thus, she enlists the help of her lady's maid (and friend). Seeking a female to play the role of the maid. The RP will explore their relationship as friends before delving into the sexual aspect.

Hello, I've been around and have a lot of rp ideas. They all center around rape, force, humiliation, fear, magic, and cages.
One is the typical girl gets kidnapped off the streets, taken to a BDSM club, and sold. I'd like it if there's possibly 2 men who want her and they strike out a deal to share her. Then again, just one man or woman getting her would be just as fine.

Another: dragon-girl finds out her dam, the leading Dragoness of her dragon clan, plans to auction her off to the highest bidder down at the village a few miles away. What the girl doesn't know is that she has already been sold to a powerful sorcerer that's on his way to pick her up. OR maybe he's not so powerful and can only do a few tricks. There are many possibilities for this.

Typical kidnapping: she's homeless on the streets and a guy takes her in. Or she's walking home from work/school and dragged inside a home or car. Whichever, she's forced to become a slave, preferably a pet slave.

I can't type 50 words a min so please don't always expect a quick reply. I may type slow but I'm thorough and dedicated. My writing style is straight forward and simple, but detailed and elegant. I'm not into the sci-fi, magic, western or regency era scenes.

What's the Skinny
Not a fully formed idea, but my character would be a PI, either in modern day or late 40s Los Angeles. Your character would either be the missing woman he was supposed to find, or the woman who brings him the case.

History Lesson
My character is a 28 year old successful professional who has moved back to the midwest after living in New York for ten years. Although successful in business, not so much romantically as he is still hung up on his first love, his history teacher from his senior year in high school. After moving back home, he reunites with his first love at the ten year class reunion.

I am open to many ideas as long as they don't violate my Hard limits, but I do have many ideas of my own, story ideas and settings that can range from the fantastic to the unconventional. Notice I don't specify gender roles, this is out of keeping these ideas open, as I am not one to tell you how to play your character. More will be added as time goes along.

Fantasy:
"Summoner/Demonic being" : A summoner, through a want of power, or desperately in need of a favor, calls on a power demonic being. Even though summoner is prepared and have strong enough magic to bind the beast, it's a struggle for control, as though the is unable to harm the summoner, the beast is prideful and not one to be under control.

"Pirate/Merfolk" : During a last stand from assaults of army vessels or a rival pirate fleet, A mighty pirate captain falls, flagship destroyed and crew killed. But through the combing of the wreckage, the attackers fail to find the body of the Captain. Later the Captain reawakens upon a desert island, looking down upon them a merfolk, for some reason, had saved the captain from a drowning death.

Monster Hunter/humanoid beast: A remote village pools all it's resources together to hire a legendary monster hunter, paranoid of a creature within the woods. Wild stories of lost livestock and children come from the desperate villagers to attempt to convince the hero to take the job. The hunter agrees, and through skills and experience, or maybe bad luck and underestimating, The Hunter encounters the "Terrible" Monster. The being, showing a sentient level of intellect, shows its far from a threat, only wishing to be left alone.


Traveler/Witch or Spell caster: a Traveler comes across a poor soul alone and left for dead upon the road, and with a act of kindness nurses this abandoned person back to life and allows them to travel with them. As time goes on..the Traveler's new company slowly reveals why they were attacked: They are a powerful spell caster local people fear. As time goes on, the pair is perused by bounty hunters as well as after the spell caster reveals their nature, requests favors of the good hearted traveler..starting with simple ones, but as time goes on and they grow close in friendship asks for more devious favors.

Horror:

Ghost / Owner of haunted location: These stories always start like this, someone buys a building, be it a home, a place of business or maybe a piece of land less then half, maybe a third of it's value thinking of it as a steal. But a wandering lost soul treads this ground..a figure of some lost tragedy, bound to the piece of land..it's a virtual guarantee the two owners will meet.

Vampire/stalked being: A vampire is both a terrible and awe-inspiring being, they could embrace the monster they were said to be, or retain their lost humanity to blend within society..but even if the apex predator is in a word inhuman, does not mean it was formerly a social animal. The creature of shadow had taken a interest in one of the living they would normally call their prey to have them keep the vampire company..be it out of genuine affection, or the need of of a pet.

Survivor/Survivor: Many say when the world ends, it's not by nuclear war or global warming..but a illness or chemical that cause the dead to rise as zombies. Be they rotting, shambling walkers or vicious, bloodthirsty rabid animals. Two survivors, by chance meet each other..both blessed (or cursed) by a anomaly within their DNA..they are immune to the virus..so out of necessity, the pair teams together and pools their resources to help survive as they travel across the united states to find safety from both the undead, and roving survivors like themselves who've lost their humanity.

Sideshow barker/Sideshow attraction or Sideshow attraction/Customer: A very open world for various strange and unusual..the Bizarre and twisted. The Sideshow owner being kind or exploitative, they put on display the curiousty which maybe behind the scenes the onwer uses for their own pleasures or in the crowd a customer, be it by pity or genuine curioisty makes freinds with the Sideshow attraction..it growing into somthing more.

Sci-fi:

Human/Humanoid Alien Bodyguard: It is far into the future, the 30th century, and humanity had traveled into the stars, and have made both allies, friends and enemies..but after a historical event..be it crossing the wrong species or by some horrific anomaly, the human race was wiped out. A government worker of the Galactic Cotillion comes in one day with a strange job. By chance within a back world colony, they found a human..the last surviving human..and this officer of the coalition's job is to protect the human with their life. During the pairs travels, the human has shown signs of affection to not only their guard, but many other humanoid species..something in their biological programing kicking in to attempt to find a suitable mate that could be compatible and breed..save humanity from complete extinction

Human/Enemy alien combatant: Human's first contact with their first sentient species when they traveled was not exactly friendly..and a war was started over a few badly translated insults between leaders. Locked in a dog fight two fighters from both sides crash land on a planet that was alien to both of them..and by chance they survived. Though mortal enemies, the two are forced to work together to have a chance to survive..and during this time..something between the pair kindles..a friendship? Or..maybe more.

Creator/Cyborg;Android: A talented robotics engineer through years of study had discovered the way to create the first android that perfectly replicates a human, or through research and a great deal of medical advancement, they save a victim from instant death by replacing over 70% of their body with plastic, rubber and metal. A story of responsibility and sentience.

Creator/Patient of genetic therapy: Be it willing or by force, a person has been experimented on, genetically to change their body in many wonderous ways..be it the addtion of Animal DNA to create a hybrid worthy of Menrou or another change.

Books, movies, videogames: This is a smaller range of properties I am familer with that a possible RP could be made out of, as with my other list it will expand.

Fallout: I am very experienced with the fallout universe, and if I am to put together a post-nuclear RPG, why not follow the foot steps of the most established in the genre. You don't need to know anything about setting, I know more then enough to put something together if interested. What exactly is the setting? A world imagined by the 1950s as the hopeful future, but after a nuclear war. Take elements mad max and the book of eli, combine it with elements of 50 style sci-fi films: Robots, mutated monsters and far flung technology. All under the backdrop of a destroyed 1950s style American future that could have been the way the world was, if not for the information age.

Bioshock: I fell in love with this game seres since it's first..but yeah if your familer with it at all, it's a weird weird one..even for my standards, but maybe with the right person something could be put together. If you are familer with the Bio shock universe and would like to try to put together a idea..would you kindly PM me?

Cthulhu mythos: Again another weird weird one, but I am familer with the books and other properties. If your interested in a really dark horror setting involving alien gods, bloody death cults, mystery to be solved and ancient locations to discover things that never should, shoot me a pm.

I get this idea every year as summer gets closer and the garden greens up...

When it gets into the 80s, 90s and higher I've noticed over the back fence that my neighbor dresses down to keep from getting too hot. I've watched her bent over neat rows of vegetables many times with her t-shirt plastered to her back from sweat. ...and ummm, I confess - I've gone farther than simply watching.

In my mind's eye, I've always imagined her bare backside pressed up against the foggy hothouse glass - having sex in the heat of the morning. Could this be the year that the story gets written??? Logan Masters is finally living the dream. After living a vagabond existence, he's returned home and started the rock band he always knew he'd front one day. Tough, rugged, tattooed and sporting long curly hair and a beard, he's one part rock and roll bad boy and one part tribal shaman. His band, Ghost Dance, are tearing up the local bar and club scene with an eclectic prog/hard rock sound. Everything seems to be great.

But lately, the bassist has been unsubtly showing interest in him. Cassandra. A Goth rock girl with a penchant for striped stockings, exhibitionism and shameless flirting. Logan's flirted back a little so far, but he's still sorting out whether or not he actually wants a relationship. And if he does, will the fact that it's the bassist in his band screw everything up?

Fantasy. The priestess of a moon goddess flees the city-state she calls home when it is attacked by a rival. Fearing she'll be put on trial as a heretic by the invaders, she decides to make her way south to the kingdom of Kazar where another shrine to her goddess is maintained. During her flight, she runs into a gruff, taciturn ranger named Roark. It takes a little work to convince him, but he agrees to escort her to safety.

Part of the drama comes from her learning that the reason he prefers to keep to himself in the woods is because he's a werewolf. He's not malicious, but he also knows the reputation his kind have and prefers solitude to the troubles of dealing with civilization.

I realized that this is the wrong thread, so I am adding something about myself to correct my mistake. I am into historical settings, fantasy, Doctor Who, Star Trek and no much else in terms of science fiction. Usually I am not into paranormal romance (vampires and such), but a more Cathulu oriented story would interest me. I am definitely looking for longer term stories, and not quickies. Ideas:

Walmart Is Evil

Night shift at an all night Walmart is not the easiest place to start a romance, but why not. I would play an employee and you could play a manager, or another employee or even one of the very special people who shop at Walmart at 2 AM.

The Waltons (And yes, that is my name. Some of us are born great and some have great names thrust upon us.)

What about a good old period piece, set in a small town in the 1920s or 1930s. It could involve a whole family of folk. You could play the neighbor down the lane. Maybe it could involve the Great Depression and having to scramble for a living. Maybe we could hope the rails.

Looking for a female writer to start a succubus-themed thread with. Here are a few ideas I had in mind.

(These are all just suggestions of directions a thread might go. We might end up going in a completely different direction, of course, depending on what we write and decide.)

-A student at a magic school secretly summons a succubus. This could go several different directions. If everything goes perfectly, the succubus is bound to the student and together they raise chaos at the school. Or, perhaps the student holds less control over the succubus than he think he does.

-A demon hunter is captured and enslaved by a succubus. A reversal of above. The setting could also change to hell-like setting. The demon hunter may simply be a toy, or maybe become an ally or friend when he learns that the succubus is by far a lesser evil compared to other demons.

-A man finds an ancient puzzle box and manages to open it, unleashing the trapped demoness inside. Does the demoness haunt and take over the man? Is she already bound to whoever opens the box? Or does the man fight back and find a way to capture her? Who knows?

I involves a pair of high school students. I need someone to play a girl who is popular gorgeous and a waitress at a cheap diner. I would be a guy who comes in all the time with my geeky friends to play shit like D&D and card games and crap. So our two characters normally never would talk in the outside world. But since you have to serve us food and shit, we start getting to know each other. Sometime I come in and eat alone as well so we chat like that as well and you realize that I'm a pretty good guy. I would like the story to kind of blossom from that.

Or how about something set in the past about a man trying to get to know his new bride in which was sold to him in exchange for some plot of land he used to own. A life long farmer he had grown lonely so he sold a plot of land to a underprivileged family in exchange for their beautiful daughter so that he can have some company around the farm and hopefully start a family. There are a few ways this one could go, perhaps she becomes his sex slave as his thirst for female company leads him down a dark road. Or maybe she dominates him, as she has a sexual beast within her that now has freedom to do as it wants.

Hope you find someone to rp with you, however I do feel that your post acts as an advert for your writing and as such phrases such as; "... play shit like D&D", " ... serve us food and shit," and "... you never know how shitty I am going to be in my posts..." at best show a lack of vocabulary and at worst could put off prospective co-writers ...
