I still am. I'm making carnitas today also. You inspired me to pull a pork roast out of the freezer last night. Garlic, cumin, red chili seasoning, beer, onion and green chilis in the crock.

Please post your address so I can come over. I want some of that. It's just the world wide web so no one will see or if they do they will keep it private. :rolleyes:

I do need to go get some cilantro. Pork is not complete without cilantro atop the taco.

This may sound weird but I put a little cinnamon and orange juice in there as well. And I crisp the meat up in the oven when it's done. Yummy.

Yumm, I want to come over too. Pulled pork sounds so erotic. I also like to have it with melted jack cheese over the pork and sliced pickled jalapenos on a sourdough bun, or in green chili stew.
