although there were grumpy old conservatives, there was not a critical mass of them.

and though there were political threads, there weren't so many of them.

threads used to be all over the map. arcane music, literature or movies.

absurd stuff.

funky pic threads.

sex was a regular topic.

there were more women, and more flirting.

the drama was off-the-wall crazy. or could be.

and, no gun threads.
