England is FUCKING DEAD, GOOD!

Where? Prove it without editing the OP.

I'm waiting....

Here's the whole of the relevant passage:

The case has echoes of previous incidents that prompted debate on the amount of force householders should be permitted to use to protect their property. The case of Tony Martin, who was given a life sentence for murder for shooting the 16-year-old burglar Fred Burras in the back at his remote Norfolk farm in 1999, became a cause célèbre, as he won the support of a number of politicians, commentators and members of the public. On appeal, his murder conviction was changed to manslaughter, for which he served three years in prison. Another notorious case was that of Munir Hussain, a millionaire businessman who beat an intruder with a cricket bat, leaving him with brain damage. The intruder had kidnapped Hussain’s family and held them at knifepoint. Hussain was initially jailed for 30 months before the court of appeal replaced the sentence, in 2010, with 12 months’ imprisonment suspended for two years.

In a similar vein, in January of 2010, TV presenter and singer Myleene Klass was warned after waving a kitchen knife at intruders to scare them away from her children. As the Guardian explained at the time:

Klass was in the kitchen with her daughter upstairs when she spotted the youths in her garden just after midnight on Friday. She grabbed a knife and banged the windows before they ran away.

Hertfordshire police warned her she should not have used a knife to scare off the youths because carrying an “offensive weapon”, even in her own home, was illegal.

Muslim police officer causes major terror alert after calling in bomb threat, now says "it was a joke"

Who said there are no Muslim comedians? Calling in a bomb threat is just so, so funny. And watching the subsequent terror alert is a real kneeslapper.

The subsequent panic was clearly islamophobia.

The fact that this monster was not fired, and worse still, not disciplined at all, speaks to the institutionalized dhimmitude in the decaying state of Britain. This was a terror attack of sorts, "just weeks away from the biggest security operation in Dorset's history."

"Police officer caused major terror alert after ringing colleagues with a coded ‘bomb threat’ for a joke" Daily Mail, July 24, 212, (thanks to David)
•PC Hatef Nezami said bomb was on Condor ferry based in Poole, Dorset
•Boat was already sailing to Channel Islands packed with people
•Mr Nezami believed to have tried to call back and reveal 'joke' but took half an hour due to busy lines
•It is understood that Mr Nezami has not faced criminal or disciplinary proceedings for incident
•Patrick Mercer, chairman of Terrorism sub-committee: 'I feel that the Home Secretary should step in and look at this'

A police officer caused a major terrorism alert after ringing a busy port with a hoax bomb threat.

PC Hatef Nezami, 48, rang colleagues at the police Special Branch office with a coded message that a device was placed in a busy port.

Specialist terrorism staff were so concerned by the call's authentic nature that they started preparing for a full terrorist attack.

The constable, who has completed a regional Special Branch terrorism course, said that a bomb was on a Condor ferry based in Poole, Dorset.

However at the time of his call, the ferry was actually sailing across the English Channel packed full of people travelling to the Channel Islands.

Mr Nezami is believed to have tried to call back to reveal his 'joke' call but was unable to do so for half an hour as staff were engaged on all the available phone lines alerting authorities.

Remarkably, the Daily Mail understands that Mr Nezami, who has worked as a detective, has not faced criminal or disciplinary proceedings and was simply placed on uniform patrol at another station.

The maximum penalty for making a hoax bomb threat is a prison sentence of seven years.

Mr Nezami was seen leaving his three-bedroom townhouse in Bournemouth in police uniform before travelling to a local police station on two days last week.

It is a major embarrassment for Dorset Police which is currently in a major security operation patrolling the upcoming Olympic sailing events in nearby Weymouth.

All officers have had leave cancelled and specialist firearms teams from forces across the country have been drafted in to patrol the stretch of water near where the bomb hoax was said to be.

Senior officers in the force are frustrated that the matter has not been taken further and believe a criminal investigation should be launched.
One officer even joked that he was "testing out the systems" and that has been given as the official line if anyone questions the incident. 'It would have been a totally different story if this was a member of the public doing this just weeks away from the biggest security operation in Dorset's history.'
Patrick Mercer, chairman of the Terrorism sub-committee, said: 'If these allegations prove to be true then it seems to me very odd that this officer has not been prosecuted.

'I feel that the Home Secretary should step in and look at this.'

Mr Nezami refused to deny the allegations when asked three times. He said: 'I'm not willing to speak to you on this or any other matter.'

Ban cafe fan... the bacon pong is upsetting Muslims

A CAFE owner has been ordered to rip out her extractor fan — after complaints that the pong of bacon offends Muslims.

Council officials told Beverley Akcicek, 49, the smells were “unacceptable”.

Venting anger ... cafe's extractor fan, right, by neighbours' door

Beverley — who runs the Snack Shack takeaway with Turkish Muslim husband Cetin, 50 — said: “It’s just crazy.

“Cetin’s friends are Muslim and come in a couple of times a week. The smell doesn’t offend them.”

The couple replaced an existing fan when they took over the cafe in Stockport, Greater Manchester, three years ago.

But neighbours Graham and Sarah Webb-Lee have complained to the council about the vent a foot from their front door.

Graham, 40, said: “Every morning the smell of bacon comes through and makes me physically sick.

“I have a lot of Muslim friends. They refuse to visit me any more because they can’t stand the smell.” Muslims are forbidden to eat meat from pigs.

Sarah, 38, said: “The smell offends some of our Muslim friends because of their beliefs.”

The mum of four said the fumes also made two of her daughters, one a 17-year-old anorexic, sick.

Beverley said council officials inspected the cafe last year and found no problem.

They later told her she needed retrospective planning permission for the fan — and refused to grant it after the Webb-Lees objected.

Mum of seven Beverley, who plans to appeal, said: “It’s been a sandwich shop for eight years and there’s never been a problem.”

A Stockport Council spokesman said the fan was banned “on grounds of residential amenity”.

He said: “It was felt the odours from the vent were unacceptable for neighbouring residents.”

Jeez!

OK. The police arrest so that they can question under caution. This gives the arrested persons rights in law. That is why the house holders were arrested. It is that simple. If the questioning reveals proper justification for their action they will be released from arrest and the burglars will have more difficulty in any civil action they bring for wounding.

The part about blood stains one hundred yards from the house is simply part of the investigation and does not, on its own prove the actual site of the shooting. I believe there were blood stains linked to the shot persons found in the hospital miles from the shooting. These are easily explained. Investigating those one hundred yards from the site of the attempted burglary will provide information that may lead to prosecution or exhoneration of the householder.

From post #6:

It doesn't look as simple as the OP makes it seem. It is possible that those shot were 100 yards away and retreating. IF that is correct, then even the 'Castle Law' wouldn't apply.

Until there is more information, we just don't know what happened.

You obviously can't read.

You haven't answered my question about your lies about the OP.

The two cases quoted - Tony Martin shot someone in the back as the burglars were retreating. That isn't 'stand your ground'. The other case - the attack by the householder was disproportionate. In both cases the courts decided that the actions were not self-defence and were an unreasonable use of force. That doesn't stop a UK householder from defending themselves from attack.

We still don't know what happened in this case yet you use it to attack a whole country.

You still lie.

Your country has its problems, far more serious than two dubious cases of householders defending themselves.

Deal with yours.

Disproportionate? Have you self respect to say that?
