I was asleep when he left this morning and when I did get out of bed I saw that he put an absolutely beautiful gold bracelet on my wrist. I felt excited at first and then confused and conflicted. Why the gift? Why did the sex feel "different"?

You are so right. As my profile states, I'm finally on my own looking to experience new people, places, stuations . . . sexually, emotionally, intellectually. I've met a new, older friend that I trust and who has taken me under his wing and become my mentor, my teacher. So far the relationship seems to be working and meeting each of our needs.
