He advocated a tax credit for individuals and families that would allow them to purchase their own health insurance. This was in addition to other tax and insurance reform. So don't pretend like Republicans were taking the "let's just leave it the way it is" viewpoint.

I have to admit my disappointment, but I am in good stead as most of the legal community was just as surprised as I was at Robert's action. It was completely unexpected in my view. I still do not understand why, instead of judging the government's case on it's face, he instead thought up and offered a prenumbral solution to the government's dilemma.

I will admit, the Utopian violence the court chooses to direct at our liberty makes me tremble for the future of my country, but don't mistake that for any weakness in my desire to fight another day.
