Thing is she did a few months back on the Music Thread (using my laptop). Unfortunately, she only has a mobile phone which is all she needs and... to be honest she isn't all that happy about LIT. She is quite strict these days in her morals. Not being disrespectful to her in any way prop, but going to confession is her thing rather than play on sites like this, and I respect that very much.

Recent pictures show that I have put on weight since February. I'm not worried because I'm not pregnant. But it does show I've neglected my exercises a little. Not even sex is providing the exercise I probably need.

The weight, just 3kg different in two or three months amazingly does show up.
It also "creeps" up on you too, because you don't see it over night. So, the question is, am I getting some kind of thirty-something weight increase before I'm even thirty? (end of October).

We shall have to see. But, I'm definitely watching the merlot I'm consuming and scheduling more jogging now summer is here :)

(((Sienna))), no need to worry my dear and thank you for the photos. I did notice a change in my body when I hit 30 but I've also found that with eating healthy, watching portions and keeping active will keep the weight off.

Besides you're still the same inside and that's who we love anyway :kiss::heart::rose:

Glad your day was great and work was easy. It's always good to see an old friend and listen to some nice jazz too.

I'm doing okay, just finished work and did some grocery shopping on the way home to make some dinner. Otherwise the weekend was fun, went to a concert Saturday night and saw friends. Wishing our weather was like last week's and not the cold, rainy weather we are supposed to have most of the week.

And the rain seems to be endless today - its a drag because I can't rode my bike to work!

It was a local rock band and I like them.

We had a lot of rain today and was glad I was inside for the most part today. I'm hoping the prediction of some sunshine on Thursday and Friday comes true.
