I believe that model's insertion isn't that long, assuming it does insert and it's not just clever positioning because long term insertion can have negative side effects. That said, you can't really get aroused in a cage, that's the whole point of them.

It makes it more difficult.

The cage doesn't prevent erection but combined with the insertion it makes it more of a deterrent. i wouldn't try to cause an erection though. I might be sadistic but i think that might break one of my favorite toys.

Yeah, insertion should be done carefully and only in a particular state of arousal for safety reasons. Cages like that one, or plenty of others, can't really stop arousal but limit the expansion potential of the skin making it painful beyond a certain point and essentially preventing a full erection.

The inserted part would contribute greatly to that, as having your arousal levels change while something is inserted is extremely uncomfortable, or so I've heard/read. Once arousal is more or less stable it can be done more safely, but during transition periods it's best left alone.

WEll if you want to get all serious about it..

but yes, all of that is exceedingly true and goes right along with great care that should always be taken when playing.
