If only I were clones

Then more of us would get to write with you. That would be good thing. Unless it would be like that movie 'Multiplicity', in which case it would probably be my luck to get hooked up with a 6-7th generation copy who could barely spell or something.

Thank you :)
(though Blurring The Line hasn't exactly been my best work lately...le sigh)

Is ok. There is less than a single page to You don't see what I see. And I dislike all the sex that there is.

It is still one of the hottest, and best written things I have ever had the pleasure of reading. And that includes quite a bit of REAL fiction and writing. Simon R Green while I like him. Should suck your strap-on.

But of course that was written with Chas. And In the end no matter how often she submitted, we were all just riding her coattails.

I Miss Her.

Nah, what would probably happen is a thread would come along and all of mes would want to write it and then all the ones who couldn't would storm off in a huff and pout for, like, 3 weeks.

Yes. There are Two posts. If you wait for things to finish on Lit, you will read nothing for months, possibly years, and in MANY cases, nothing at all.

Vail_Indigo.

And I am confident in almost everything I write. If I decide to write something with a good partner, and good plot. (Or even just good smut) I am confident it will be enjoyable for most people to read.

Not for everyone. There are things I just don't touch, and situations I don't really do. And for some people that means they lose interest quickly.

But I try.

Ok you kinda lost me there dude. Threads never get finished on lit?

I also don't really need to wait for threads to finish, but if there is one or two full pages worth of posts then at least the story got somewhere, if there is a story :D

Of course the above sentence is only true if every post is more than a few paragraphs long. I don't write and definitely don't bother reading stories where the posts are a couple paragraphs each.

I am sure I am gonna sound like an idiot now, but what's a good smut?

Its impossible for me to over-state the importance of You Don't See What We See in who I am as a writer.
Every single post, every single line, was me trying to impress her, me working twice as hard as I ever had, and stretching myself further than ever before.
I am, in part, the writer I am today because of that story.
I love Language Of Angels, but it was easy to write.
The thing that naturally follows the You Don't See progression is probably Massacre State Asylum.
Seriously, writing with Chas was a defining experience.

(as it turns out, Chas was doing exactly the same thing...we were totally pushing each other without realizing it...I miss her too...)

There are a few paragraphs to each post, but maybe 12 posts total.

Read this. It should not take long. THAT is good smut. Little plot, very hot.

Scene 4.

Sounds like a must-read....... The name of that thread is "You Don't See What We See"?

Thanks, will sure read that. I read some work of VampiricTouch before and she's definitely very good!

In a way this is why I am so arrogant about myself as a writer.

I make everyone who cares better.

She claims that is her best work ever.

Just Good Smut.

Read three posts already, and it's definitely great. I don't know if its her best work or not as I only read one more of her threads so can't really say if it's her best or not, but it's definitely interesting so far.

Somehow you're not 'touting your horn' now despite your posts in that 'Good Smut' being just as good as hers ;)

What is the saying. It's not bragging if I can back it up.

I'm good because I make others great.

Still arrogant though.

Thanks :)

That's an interesting way to say it, and yeah you can sure back it up.

Maybe you can call yourself overconfident instead of arrogant to soften the blow a bit? :)

No. Sorry. You see I understand the difference between the two. I am NOT overconfident. I know exactly where my limitations lie, and what I can accomplish. And I have a decent ability to figure out what I can not. I love a challenge, but I know when to back out from one.

I am however also high n myself, and my abilities. I do think I am better than many in this particular Arena. Often this is unfounded.

I am not the best writer on this site. But I am certainly top ten. That makes me arrogant.

(btw, LoA is much more straightforward, language-wise...You Don't See is much more experimental)

Thanks :)

hmmm, somehow I thought arrogant is a stronger word than overconfident, hence the choice of word on my side. However, its your personality, so you definitely know it much better than I do. If you're good with calling yourself arrogant, who am I to disagree :)

And Top ten? Cool, who are the other nine?

Don't worry of course I won't tell her....... so unless she can read, in which case your attempt to hide admitting her writing superiority fails miserably, then you're safe

Speaking of touting horns, I am not one to do that, but if anyone cares, my best works so far, in my opinion, are; Innocence Shattered and Sadistically Blind.

I actually really like Innocence Shattered. It is a good piece. And you have a tremendous partner.

Alright, noted, thanks again.

It would be cool if you would share with us the characters you play in your current threads.

Well, my only current thread is Blurring.
I'm the hero Lily's character falls for.

Many many thanks for the compliment man. And yes Red is freaking brilliant

If you have any comments, especially critique, I would love to hear it :)

HELL NO!

I am smarter than to say. But on most days, I'd say I am about 6. Some days I'd say as high as 4. Some days as low as 9.

But Obviously Vail. And Chas is but I only count the active writers.
