Bowflex 1.5 hours on Saturday; then ran 7.5 miles. BIked 50 yesterday. Bowflex again this morning. Will run tomorrow...

Trying to get rid of the rest of the "old" me...;)

Cardio is so important along with strength training... Do you do full body workouts or mix them up?
 
Cardio is so important along with strength training... Do you do full body workouts or mix them up?

Mixed. I don't do much lower body on the Bowflex; with all the running & biking. Saturday I did high resistance...higher than normal...and burned out at much lower reps. Today I backed the weight down and burned out at high reps. I have routines that let me switch through several exercises with the same setup on the machine; so as to keep the heart rate up throughout.

I may focus more on arms one day...back & shoulders the next; but do abs most every time

It has worked great for me in the past...staying with it is my nemesis. No workout partner....my wife joined Crossfit- she never really like using the Bowflex anyway.
