Morning all,
A quick flying post before igo for a run. I was recently persuaded that Lit is still a lovely place ( after being chased off last time by bitchiness) so here i am but with no camera and no promises as i am nrever home but i will try to pop in occasionally!
Anytime you drop in is always a lovely surprise- hope you manage to pop in again soon

did just over 4 miles took ages but it's the furthest I've worked up to so felt great.
just cycled home to so feeling very active.
please don't faint I know it's twice in one day my evening plans got cancelled due to inclement weather

I just with the old one would return!
My iPod did! got nicked from the bathrooms at work and 3 weeks later it re-appeared i think it was so old and 'cream crackered' the thief didn't want it and since my camera falls under the same category maybe it will turn up too.
