Honestly, I don't know any good brands of olive oil. Most of them wouldn't be sold in america because they're made in Europe.
Mkay.....so what kind of veggie oil do you use?

Did it say U+Me=Us ? Because despite what dumbshit boy bands may say, that has nothing to do with calculus :rolleyes:.

I kind of hope it was Gabriel's Horn, the graph of y=1/x for x>1 rotated around the x-axis. It encloses a finite volume, yet has infinite surface area. So you could fill it with a finite amount of paint, but not actually paint it with a finite amount of pain.

Chocolate Meringue.... the bottoms taste like the edge of a chewy brownie and the top like chocolate wafers.... SO gOOD... made them with my mom today :cool:

Olive oil vs. Corn/Vegetable oil when baking. When is it okay and when is not okay? I need help. I only cook with Olive Oil and I've run into situations where I'm baking a cake, brownies or something and need veggie oil. Can I use Olive, instead? Should I reduce the amount used, since its stronger tasting?

Oh and I have used olive oil in cakes and brownies and cookies before. Not really a taste difference. But I still use butter in my cookies!:eek:

I often substitute, butter and/or Oil with Unsweetened Apple sauce to kill the fat:D

I'm great! I'm messing with some pictures to put in frames for my new office. We're moving buildings and its time to update what I had up! Fun, fun, fun! So, you use olive oil?

I'm chilling watching Robot Chicken!

I do. About the only thing I make from a box anymore is cake and I found the veggie oil that I used way too infrequently was going rancid (yuck!). So I use either melted butter or olive oil.

I use crushed pineapple instead of oil too. It adds a great flavor! Same as the applesauce idea.

It ROCKS! Vanilla or yellow cake. It works in chocolate and spice cake too! Who knew we could cook in the kitchen too?:D:D
