I'm not going to play babysitter in here. I've tried before to attempt to calm people down over arguments... and it doesn't do any good. So I've learned to stay out of it- Try to change the subject or move on to something else. Best method? Probably not. But its what I've always done, IRL.
That probably makes me an even bigger disappointment. I refuse to get in the way of confrontation. But the last few times I've tried, I've either pissed people off even more so they barely talk to me, or if its RL, I get punched in the face- and nothing I try to say is taken into consideration. That's not exactly encouraging to do it again.

So fact: Not all of the Claymore's have blonde hair!!
From what I read via the manga, it's based on strength.

White - Class of their own
Silver - Extremely stong
Light Blonde - Moderate
Blonde- Weak
Colour close to their human hair- Very weak ( and very frowned upon!)


Basically, as you know, by watching the show, Claymores are hybrids of Yoma & Human mixed together. To distinguish themselves, they go through a transformation of looking somewhat similar to humans but having deformities. All Claymores share the same deformity: Silver eyes, light hair. When their Yoki (aka a form of their supressed Yoma abilities) is released, their eyes become golden and their face gets deformed. As I'm sure you know, Yoma= Beasts they fight in the series.
The Organization creates the Claymores by implanting Yoma flesh and blood into humans, thus creating hybrids that are more powerful than the original Yoma, in addition to their weapons training and often greater intelligence.

As for unique deformities, they come in different ways, unique to the Claymore herself. For example, Teresa's defomity is on her chest, where others like Irene and Ophelia look more elf-like.
