These freaky, disturbing dreams need to go away. Night before last it was dreaming about my dog (who has been dead about four years) being kidnapped and returned literally possessed, eyes changing shape and color and everything. Naturally, I had to perform an exocism to get MY dog back.

Last night it was getting lost on the way to an airport in Mexico, going to the wrong one, then finally getting to the right one with a few minutes to spare before a flight with a group (the group was already on the plane). Check in, the lady loses my driver's license in the process (which was what they wanted rather than my passport), and says pretty much tough luck. By this point it's snowing and slushy outside, all around yucky weather, and I'm still lost even though I'm in the right place. Just can't figure out how to get to the stupid plane, and people won't stop calling me to ask me where I'm at.

Seriously, this needs to stop. I wake up more tired than I am when I fell asleep.

One thing that might help is cutting out any kind of snacks, eating, at least two hours before going to bed/sleep, especially anything acidic or "sharp." Seems those types of foods can have an effect on dreaming...

Also, I think I've pinpointed a reason why my photos tend to suck: I can't keep still long enough. I need to learn to wait for the flash or the click before moving so I don't get caught with my eyes shut (like I am here) or talking (like I am here). Of course, there's no excuse for this one, where there appears to be something on my shirt that wasn't there seconds before - thank you, lighting.
