Here to tease ;)

EHH I'll own up that while I don;t mind a little submissive play, I don't get deep into it nor is it a lifestyle. It's fun to give up control sometimes and let the kinks free. It's also fun to turn the tables and be the one in charge. SOOO not sure what that makes me..open minded? :p

It makes you vanilla :p

I have had a few ex's call me it before, I just annoyed my friend to the point she blurted it out... I gave a wry smile, which made things worse.

I use to say cunt all the time a few years ago when I thought I was the shit, what a dick I was back then, not much has changed.

Yeah, your vocab is all that has changed, now you just say "bitch" instead

:p I've never in my life been called vanilla sexually. I think that makes you a bit judgemental of those of us who don;t partake in your lifestyle ;)

Is it such a bad thing to be called vanilla? It's just the BDSM term for muggles :p

I just use what you are comfortable with, can't exactly blame me for that now can we?

I don't care if you call me a bitch or a cunt, I care about the reason why you say it in the first place. Even "slut" can be a term of endearment.

Vanilla typically implies someone is boring. No one wants to be called boring. BUT, to your slut, bitch, cunt line of thought, I suppose context counts!

I don't think vanilla has to be boring, it's just two very different lifestyles. And I'm not much of a lifestyler myself anyway. It's like saying the colour blue is more interesting than red
Good answer, and one I don't necessary have an answer for....

Surely you however have some limits, not even a woman like yourself would like to be called a cunt 24/7, moderation is the key.
Yeah, but I wouldn't want to be called "sweetie" 24/7 either :p

...There are many colors in the (homo) rainbow....

Now who's being literal? Technically from spectrum to spectrum there are nuances of colors. So tell Roy G to go sit down :p

Well, it was either that or being upset about the (homo) comment as I'm part of the GLBT group...

Nothing offensive meant, or said for that matter. Does the word "homo" automatically imply something rude?

It's a line from a song...and the intention of the song is that yes, even for gays, there are many a varied personalities. I put homo in parenthesis because we weren't in fact discussing anything realted to gay or lesbian issues.

There are many colors in the homo rainbow
Don't be afraid to let your colors shine
Don't be ashamed of what God made you

God love Ween :D

It often does. Way too often "gay" is being used as a negative adjective. I wonder why the suicide rate among GLBTs is higher than in any other social group *sigh*

It's a sad fact for sure but I think it goes deeper than people using the word "gay" negatively. The word gay has lost its sexual conotation almost. Just listen to any stereotypical teenage girl..."Like OMG that's so gay!"

Now the word fag...sigh...people should just be punched in the face immediately for using that word. I don;t even like when my gay friends use it. But I'm not gay so I kind of have to keep my mouth shut on that one.

Of course it does but using terms related to the sexuality as a negative makes it easier to feel like theres's something wrong with being gay.

In Ireland "fag" is slang for cigarette, I was confused the first time I got asked if I had a fag ;)

That's a slippery slope of a bit too much sensitivity methinks...perhaps context should be reintroduced?

And yes, be careful who you ask if you can "bum a fag." ;)

Yeah, I just find it stupid (and stupidity annoys me) especially as people don't think about what they're actually saying; it's not like I want to kill whoever says something is "gay".

That I will completely agree with! I won't pretend to be the most eloquent person in the world, but have a vocabulary please! My pet peeves are the over use of the word "like" and people who use "fuck" far too often and far too loudly at all times.
