I don't think I'm that skilled...I'm just good at following recipes and getting creative when it's called for.. and I try not to burn the house down. I've been mostly successful..

Probably good to not burn down the house!! Creativity is a plus in baking/cooking in general. I can cook pretty well, but baking...yikes! Always more fun to cook/bake with someone else dressed in as little as necessary to prevent dangerous burns
