Well, I didn't meet too many people when I walked the 30 yards from the car to the room (despite runnine back and forth many times)
However it was fun when I was fighting a losing battle with bringing my stuff up the stairs and a guys walked right by me without offering help. Grrrr!

Well those guys must be idiots! if I walked past you or any other girl struggling with taking stuff up stairs - I would be there to help in a second - shakes my head - some guys just dont get it and because of that - they wont get IT either.
I'm still not sure if I'm mostly frustrated with him or happy that he didn't help since I feel no need to carry on a conversation with somebody like him. Jeeze. Even I would offer to help any guy or girl who needs a hand with a few things.
Of course this just means I appreciate gentlemen so much more since they seem to be a dying race

Sound like you've been having a tough time. I guess the guy lives in the same building so you may get the opportunity to walk past him to return the favor. Or be very obvious in helping him and tell him about the time that you were struggling and a guy walked passed and didn't help you.
