You probably have not heard much about the violence at the G8/G20 summits...because the lame stream media is not reporting it...

go figure.

Tea Party Rallies had, as I recall, no arrests; there were over 900 arrested for violence in Canada.

One unverified incident of 'soitting' at the Tea Party gatherings; a billion dollars worth of damage in Canada.

Had to have been the Tea Party folks...the left wing pacifists are docile, right?

Now had it really been the Tea Party people, Geraldo would have been quick on the scene followed by Anderson Cooper and Chris Matthews close behind.

Someone wanna explain all this to me?

;)

It would only be news if there was no violence at a G8/G20 summit. We already know a bunch of privileged generation Y will don black masks, iPhones, and bullhorns in an attempt to make a statement. What they're stating? They don't even know, but turning over that police car might remind them, or get them laid after they upload the footage to youtube.

Violence at these summits is internationally organised and orchestrated by travelling protesters.

While a few have genuine beliefs, the majority of the violence is instigated by people who have no interest in the cause(s) but only in violent anarchy. The violent protests are not supported by any mainstream political parties - anywhere.

Yes, I'll explain it to you - there are people protesting the multinationals divvying up the world between them behind closed doors while the Tea baggers circle jerk and kowtow to them.

Some of them probably have a cause, or believe they do, but I suspect most of the rioters just like to raise hell. I fail to see how smashing store windows promotes anybody's cause, except that of local glaziers.

In Canada, there is usually a fight and then a hockey game breaks out. :D

Pacifists are docile by definition. Pseudo anachist spoiled punks rebelling against their middle class suburban parents, are not.

Genuine pacifists are peaceful, but there are some who claim to be demonstrating against war and get pretty violent and destructive about it. I remember riots in Berkeley, with torched cars and smashed windows and a lot of other destruction, supposedly in the name of peace.

And, of course, there were Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn and the other Weather Underground members with their bombs and torches.

Those terror bombers teach in universities now.

I'm aware of that, which just goes to show how liberal universities are. :(

Just what I said.

What in the world made you think of them when we were talking about pacifists?

?

~~~
The discussion is not about Pacifists, that was my sarcasm going unnoticed as usual.
The discussion was purposely directed to draw attention to the continuing violence of the Left, which almost always goes unreported, while the Right is subject to flogging for a 'spitting' incident.
900 arrrests and boku property damage in Canada over a G8/G20 convention?
And the lamestream press merely apologizes for 'Anarchists'?
Gimme a break.:rolleyes:
Besides these murderers and arsonists were described at the time as "Anti-War Activists."
Those 'protesters' at G-20 follow confabs such as that like the Deadheads followed Jerry, Bear and the rest. It's basically a rent-a-mob of the extreme left following in the sandal steps of the Yippies, Baader-Mienhof, SDS, IRA and other street thugs.
A whiff of grapeshot would have a more saluatory effect on that scum than water cannon and rubber bullets. ;)
The Seattle WTO riots are the only reason we don't owe BP money for being forced to halt drilling.
Can you prove that? Or are you just shooting off your fingers? :(
I repeat my question: What in the world made you mention them when we were talking about pacifists?
Only reason I can think of is that you want to smear non violent protesters by lumping them together with those fucks.
