Thats the one, I ate lots of the chef's salad washed down by endless cups of coffee.
I also got my campervan / RV from Leduc where I also spent a lot of time, loved the whole area although getting chased by a black bear near Jasper scred to shit out of me the girl that was my tour guide almost wet herself laughing at me busting through the door & slamming it behind me with out my pants on
I've got lots of pics from my trip, loots of great memories.
I did enjoy the hot springs in Radium & another place down in the Kootany (sp)area.
i think most of the RV's in Canada were built in Leduc. lol they were seen everywhere, including vancouver.
well Jasper IS black bear country, but ive been lucky to have not come across one myself, however if i do, i'll have him send your shorts back LOL

I just read back to find the dates, (was too lazy before
) I'll see what happens Gil and ICR, I actually have time off work around that date, but was hoping to head over West again to catch up with my son, various family and friends over there. May even get a chance to catch up with LB this time round, I hope.

My visit to Canada in 94 I didn't see one bear but lots of evidence that they had been there then in 95 I saw 2 mother & cub on my way to Kaslo from Lardeau Valley, another when heading for the ferry at Revelstoke both on the same day then the one a few days later up near Jasper.

*smiles* spontaneity can be a good thing Hun, I am not sure what my plans are for tomorrow probably some painting and play dough with the little one and just the usual around the house fun.
Thats why I came into this thread too its nice to meet fellow Australians, although I love talking to people from all over the world too.

Sorry to hear your going through it to Callistamon, it can be hard and yes like you good and bad days. I know last night when I heard yelling outside at like 2am and the dogs were going off......that it was not so much a good day.
And yes I hope it keeps being friendly too, we are actually getting on better now then we have in years. Which confirms it to be a good thing. I hope things are positive for you too....and certainly more good then bad. *HUGS*

I was disappointed I couldn't get to see her last time I was there, but I have so many family over there and wanted to spend as much time as I could with my son also. One week just wasn't long enough! So hopefully will be spending longer this time around.
