Going back to the original post, i have lurked for a while and only just starting to post myself. i am unsure of what to write at times, because it comes out sounding trite, and like others have no experience to speak of and i am yet to make that connection with someone. As i continue to read more and more, i learn more and more, seeing what sits well with me and what doesnt, so when the time comes i will know me in some way.... Either way it will be an interesting journey.....

Welcome to both of you. Visiting is fun, but gets better once you place more than your toe into the water. I guess you can say I jumped right into the pool and the water is fine. Just figure out what things you like and take it from there and most of all HAVE FUN!

I have decided I am going to stay in hiding today. I don't want to get out of my nice warm bed and face the cruel world...the temp outside is only going to be about 8 with a windchill about -10 to 0.

Anyone want to come hide with me? I am sure there are many activities to keep warm.....

Something to look at while I have my morning coffee in my second fav shop.

Not fair, typically I would go south and visit family again, but they are having the coldest winter in a long time there as well.

I wish could stay in bed, it's cold and another work day.

I ended up going to work, only because I want a really valid reason to take days off work (such as Shibaricon, Frolicon or Beat Me Festivities....LOL)
So it is Saturday and really figured ok I can stay in bed today....NO the kids have ball games in the next county.They can cancel school because of the weather, but the games are still a go.
