Well let's see, the FBI Uniform Crime Report table 46, "Percent distribution of multiple-offender victimizations by type and perceived race of offenders" states that there were 242,510 aggravated assaults under this category, 37.8% percent committed by whites and 22.5% committed by blacks. The table shows that blacks were the victims of 1,100,490 violent crimes and that 12.3% (135,360) reported a white perpetrator. Totaling these two numbers we get a total of 1,276,030 interracial crimes of which 1,140,490 or 89% committed by blacks.

Using these numbers to arrive at the 100m rate we divide the number of crimes by the population and multiply the result by 100M to obtain the rate. In 1994 the white population was 199,686,070 and the black population was 29,986,060. It is shown that whites commit interracial crimes at a rate of 68 per 100m while the black rate is 3,803 per 100m, or 55 plus times that of the white rate. What this means in practical terms is that for every 10 such crimes committed by whites, blacks will commit 550 such crimes.
