Superstories is primarily devoted to the erotic superhero genre, and is like a more chaotic, buggy version of chyoo. That's right: MORE chaotic and buggy. I gave up on it years ago but it is apparently still up and running.

I'd like to contribute, and I've been kicking a few ideas around in my head. The problem is I don't know the first thing about chess strategy. Are you actually playing out chess games in your head when you're writing this story, or are the moves mostly random?

Just make the pieces move legally, and it's good enough for me! Hell, even if they don't, I'll fix the technical move to match any half-decent thread.
Personally, I'm using an AI for my moves; these have been common opening strategies, but as the game progresses strategy tends to break down (at least for me). What I am trying to do is provide some different kind of openings into this crazy idea to encourage participation.

Based on you mentioning it here, I tried out superstories. I'm having trouble getting the hang of it. It seems like it's designed to make everything part of one gigantic story. It's hard to navigate and the threads that I read were really unfocused, switching characters so much it didn't feel like anyone was trying to write a coherent story at all.

Yeah, it's a mess. And the regular contributors are fixated on a small number of plot devices: there must be 40,000 variations of the same "New U Salon" theme, wherein Supergirl goes in for a cut-and-color and becomes a superslut.
When I came to CHYOO, and saw the variety of stories and the storytelling skill of most of its contributors, I abandoned SuperStories for good.
That's unbelievable that there's nothing else like CHYOO out there except for Superstories, which I agree is pretty much a mess, and the BE Addventure which is also not particularly good quality storytelling.
I wish I knew enough about web design to set up something like CHYOO that was more up to date.

I have been trying to gather devs together to make a new CHYOO for a awhile (See the CHYOO3 threads), but no biters. I can do HTML/CSS, but not the php/MYSQL and ********** we'll probably need (don't know those languages right now, though I may learn them soon). I also have no idea how to perform the migration.

That's completely untrue.
That's a mighty strong claim, considering the sheer number of posts in the CHYOO3 thread and elsewhere around here from people who've emailed the Literotica team and never gotten a reply. That's a lot of direct testimony that's it's very true indeed.
I've only tried to contact the Literotica folks about CHYOO once. I never heard anything back, and never tried again. It's hard to see Literotica as particularly invested in CHYOO when that "CHYOO 3 Coming Soon" banner has been up there for 3 years.

The Lit staff are pretty good at putting the site back up when there's trouble, but we haven't heard much in absolute terms about Chyoo and its possible future development.
The best attention that the authors have had since the Chyoo 1 -> Chyoo 2 transition was the nomination of several writer-moderators from among the regular contributors, which was well received and has been quite effective.

Try the Unending BE addventure. (Just google the name) post the stories you want. The problem is that unless someone tries to mess with the addventure itself, there is practically no modding(Unless you go to the forum to complain) Plus the vastness of it means that your story can easily be ignored if you don't post a link.

Infinite Story isn't erotica dedicated, but you can write whatever you like there, there's absolutely no censorship and you can make your story private or leave it open to others to add on to. There's a few dedicated sex stories there.
Choose Your Story isn't erotica dedicated either, but it's got a bunch of tools to do gamelike stuff with. However, I'm not sure what the policy is on sex related games since it hasn't really been tried there.
There's another one called Neverending Choose Your Own Adventure Engine (Damn that's a long name) but its more limited in tools than the other two. You can't have a private story on there, but you can create a new story or add to existing ones. Sex stories are okay there I think, the owner just doesn't want rape or pedo stuff on her site.

I also found the Choose Your Own Adventure wiki which has an adult section. It's a wiki so the functionality isn't very impressive, but at least it has interactive adult stories.
