Been threatened by a customer, been threatened by a former employee... but I never reported it. Even got in trouble with my district manager for not doing so once, back in the day. Well, actually that wasn't for a threat. That was for the "customer" actually leaning over the counter and punching me.

Should we be concerned, dear? I have a big sword and would be willing to walk around behind you with my hand on the hilt and look menacing...
