Actually, I've more or less had a rough idea for a Gadget post planned out for a couple weeks now. It's.....pretty messy.

*snickers* ...Him and the ladies of death? >> Yes, we can see that... Him ending up dead afterwards. ...If he doesn't mind being killed in the end, then by all means...

Let them. lol I'm more attached to Gadget then I am with Goliath. He was mostly thrown together so we'd have another second generation villain, where as I've wanted to play someone sadistic like Gadget in a thread for a while now.

And like I'd said before, I pretty much picture Gadget as being similar to if Herbert West from the movie versions of Re-Animator were more technology based rather then genetics. Oh, and if he also enjoyed running around in a costume with mechanical gizmos as weapons. *nodnod*

So picture this or that for a rough idea of Gadget.

Awww... He is SO cute! ...He actually reminds me of some of my own original characters that have nothing to do with anything fanbased whatsoever. >> Awwww. I like him! 8D I love mad scientists!

Ummm... Which reminds me. Again. More villains. o_o We don't want to already kill off everyone we've got. Plus, some really do need to stay alive a lot longer, if not remain alive period.

Oh, I don't intend for Goliath to be killed off anytime soon. I just wouldn't care if he did get killed at any point, and it may as well be done while he's getting some action from a bitchy villainess and her bootlick. *snickers* But, yes, I intend for both of my guys to stick around for a while, at least.

Funny enough, while I've never seen that anime, I had seen images and the one for Molly did remind me a little of the blonde in the movie. Poor thing, stuck in the middle of so many demented and borderline psychotic characters. *smirks*

Just put some lasers, hovering devices and other experimental high tech gadgets onto the bodies and you have an idea of how Gadget's lab probably looks during a busy week.

Which reminds me... I wonder if Sister Blood got help to build that girl.
The woman came up with the idea after experimenting with clones, and since Cindy is now the Queen's pet... Well, she needed someone or something to guarantee her no insubordination and absolutely no failure whatsoever in completing orders or missions.
But her isolation in the tank is what keeps her innocent. Sister Blood has not decided to release her yet. She is still tinkering with her, trying to find ways to advance her all the more.
She's a bio android, yet has the powers and abilities of a super computer. She is really advanced. And I mean advanced. She is "superhuman" and is programmed to some day RULE THE WORLD. ...Think of it as...Terminator. >>; Or I Robot. Or anything else you can compare it to.
It has taken years to perfect that girl. Yet Sister Blood wants to perfect her all the more.

Well, i'm all for doing the Villains thread, i'm just struggling to see how the IC's would work when they need to merge (ie. when they fight)

Perhaps we should also have an OOC thread for the villains thread as well?

And having said that, if people are interested, i want to do a Justice League thread spin off of this thread, set roughly during the same time frame as this. I thought it'd be cool cos then we could have chars like Beast Girl and Robyn and Eddie on the team, as well as the old vets such as Ollie, Batwoman and Superwoman ect ect.

If anyone is interested in that, PM me and let me know, or just post your reply on here. I just feel like expanding GV's franchise//Empire.

also the book isn't about that at all.. though later in the Robot Chronicles there's supposed to be some of that... I, Robot is just full of little stories about how the three laws of robotics don't quite work the way they planned them to.... most are funny..some are sad though......and now I want to read it again.... Isaac Asimov is awesome

Well, i'm all for doing the Villains thread, i'm just struggling to see how the IC's would work when they need to merge (ie. when they fight)

The way I was thinking, is that the villain's thread would more be for fleshing out the city and its inhabitants during the period in which the Titans are getting settled into the Tower. It would pretty much go inactive during the parts in which the team would be in the city itself as part of a group effort.

Part of the reasoning behind creating it is that we have so many new villains that need developing ahead of time, that it could easily clutter up the main thread to jump back and forth between two completely different casts of characters who aren't going to have direct involvement right away.

Or at least that's how I'm seeing it working. I'm open to anyone's suggestions, though I reserve the right to stick my fingers in my ears and hum a tune to myself.

Counting the villains thread, my plate's pretty much filled when it comes to roleplays at the moment. As it is, I had to put a closed thread on hiatus in order to squeeze this baby into my writing schedule.

Of course, it's not as if a silly little thing such as logic would keep me from joining another if it covered something I really, really wanted to write about.
