Ah yes, the dancing Sephiroth. Mesmerizing but still another main offender. I don't care that much but people on slower connections/smaller resolutions might not want to scroll past huge images after every post. It's courteous to them if they were made like a third or fourth the size they are now and still just as easily seen.

Which characters are the NPCs?

Of the villains, Mad Hatter's the only one which I know belongs to one player only.

Goliath is a complete NPC, and Gadget's generally one as well, but I get the feeling I'll end up wanting to control him a lot when we get to the villains. Not that I'd be opposed to others using the character at whatever points in the thread as they see fit. Just be sure to make him a sick bastard who probably operated on living kittens as a child. *evil smirk*

I was debating on bringing in some badness of my own, but I'm leery on there being an overflow of evil and too few heroes to slap 'em into shape.

Of course, this is supposed to be a bad-ass city, right? So they would be outnumbering the goodie-two-shoes.

I am making Cindy a NPC character, too.

Anyone can use her.

Just make sure she is adorably evil and is the servant/messanger of the Queen. She always reminds me of a wicked white rabbit. It's all about the Queen, whom she respects greatly.
And even though she suffers abuse, I can see her one day snapping and making Sister Blood pay. Commit matricide.
She giggles only at death and seeing people suffer from the horrible images she's created for them to live in. Her real bitchful side comes out then. Mocking you as she revels in your sorrow, pain, and angst.
Other than that, she comes off as melancholy and appears like she's the victim.
Yes, she does not know any better. The Queen is all to blame for the most part.
She is usually always by the Queen's side and intends to protect her, if needed be (if the Queen does need protecting). She wants her Queen to live to see her dream become reality.


EDIT:

Oh, and like her original. She can kill anything she touches (she can control that, thank God)... Or uses her hairs, which she can grow and use as strings to cut people up with. They can't cut her up, though.

So you all will be informed. Beast Girl had that power... A better trade, better than using a scythe.

I'm a little surprised he's kept around for so long myself. It's never really bothered me myself, nor has it given me any problems when waiting for a page to load. At the same time, I've sorta come to zone it out when scrolling by and I can understand why others wouldn't like it.

Though if he changes it to that other image, I shall be forced to do horrible, horrible things to him.
