Race: Human mutant (originally), now a ghost in more ways than the name implies.
Personality: She was a staple to the team until the day came that the last Titan left the Tower. She knew when most of the children were born. That may be the one thing that kept Danielle Chase sane. She has become truly a fixture of the Tower, not capable of leaving the boundaries. Now that the Tower is occupied again, Danielle Chase, The Phantasm, will continue her duties as security for the team. She has an almost maternal nature about this batch of Heroes.
Appearance: Before the change she had short red hair and freckles, no breasts to really speak of and not pretty enough to catch even the desperate boys' eye. Early after the change the costume is it really. A brown hooded cowl, white evening gloves, and a white china girl mask. The biggest change is in the "Bust line". Phantasm was STACKED. And she had added knee length high heeled boots and white "thigh high" stockings to it. Hell it is her Telekinesis giving her her physical shape after all. Now however she has let vanity go. Her bust line is what it would be if she were alive, small and round. She has ceased maintaining the stockings and boots as well.
Powers: Phantasm is intangible as a ghost can be. She gives herself solidity via the telekinesis she was born with. Over the years her powers have changed a slight bit. She still has her ghostly body and telekinesis, but now she is also able to "possess" any intruders that she comes in contact with.
Past: Dani was born with the gift of telekinesis. She grew up knowing she was different but less than normal in other ways. She was teased mercilessly through her earlier schooling. She's the flat chested little geek girl that no one wants. But while living through this she learned her father's secret. He was one of the Heroes. He was the Vigilante. Or at least this generation's version of it. Danielle knew she had the ability to become a heroine. So that fateful night when the break out at the Super powered jail happened she ran to it. She had a plan. The costume would induce fear while her Telekinesis made it easy work to restrain the criminals. Just like everything in Danni's life this went wrong in the worst way it could. The first criminal she'd tried to subdue had caught her ruse by ripping off the robe. He then managed to beat her to the point that she couldn't focus enough to use her telekinesis. That was when things went south. She was raped to death before being found by one of the Titans. Her ghost found it still could influence the outside world with her telekinesis. Thus was the current Phantasm born.
